Orders are printed once proofs have been approved by customer.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued only if there is a printing mistake post proof approval.
Shipping
We ship orders via UPS, any delay or loss of package by UPS will be the responsibility of UPS to compensate. We will certainly assist in the process. In case refund is agreed upon, the rejected order received has to be returned to us.
